I see a bad review because of the builder. It has been a headache with that previously. The society fought hard and long. Also, the building and residents have fixed all issues and the place is good to buy. There are though some flats with disputes and/or unpaid society dues. Else I love this place although a little far from my work place.

Never had any issue with this place. I did use the pool and club sometime ago. Loved the pool. My short stay here was a pleasant one. Service provided by the builder when I moved in was very good. Little work left out was fixed. There are no leakages or seepages in the unit. Construction is very sound. Ajmera Builders is a known group and I have lived at other places built by the builder. I cannot comment on the society management as I have never had to interact with them personally. I have not heard any bad thing about them either.

Phew! Builder beware. Don't get me wrong. Great place to live with good overall contruction. But sloppy inner work and waterproofing. The concealed plumbing work and leakages have been worry some. The builder or his contractor did such poor work that you had water seepage showing on side walls as well as the apartment below. We had to open the whole place up, Kitchen and both bathrooms to fix it. Most, if not all, residents had to fix the shoddy work. Now we are very happy!

I do not recommend this place

Despite being in the most valued and hot location, this property has lot of issues from Builder's side. Its been more than 7 years now after the possesion is given to the tenants, we are still left without Agreement, possesion letter, OC and papers required to firm Society. Water is also a major issue here. Electric meters are not yet installed for all the tenants. and many more. Not recommended if you want to stay but good for investment purpose as we get good returns in terms of rent.

I recommend this place

This property is built in Killachand ground (a place with deep history). Though the new tower does not have as big rooms as earlier but it surely does not disappoint. All the old tenants are given nice apartments and the quality is pretty decent. This property also features a small mall in front which has many small and medium size shops. Mall isnt well maintained but the residential property is very well maintained with parking spaces too.

This is the kind of property I would love to live in. nice and big spacious rooms. solid built structure, centrally located in the heart of mumbai - Girgaum. Big height for ceiling that we dont get to see these days. People are lucky to stay here.

Though the structure is well built and still in very good condition, due to pagdi system the building is still under strong influence of a landlord who isnt supportive at all. He is known to harrase tenants and send notices for any small issues. now as the property has gone under redevelopment the landlord is changed but he too dosent seem friendly. overall nice central location and safe area.

I recommend this place

A friend's aged parent has been living there since 2003. So it was very important for him to have a secure place. It just worked out well. Even currently, the place is very secure. Plenty of water supply, definitely lasts 24 hours. Good construction, no complaints. Very convenient, lots of buses from Thane station. Also, very cool in the evenings compared to other places in Thane. I gave 4 star specifically for the security.
