This property is built in Killachand ground (a place with deep history). Though the new tower does not have as big rooms as earlier but it surely does not disappoint. All the old tenants are given nice apartments and the quality is pretty decent. This property also features a small mall in front which has many small and medium size shops. Mall isnt well maintained but the residential property is very well maintained with parking spaces too.
