I see a bad review because of the builder. It has been a headache with that previously. The society fought hard and long. Also, the building and residents have fixed all issues and the place is good to buy. There are though some flats with disputes and/or unpaid society dues. Else I love this place although a little far from my work place.

Phew! Builder beware. Don't get me wrong. Great place to live with good overall contruction. But sloppy inner work and waterproofing. The concealed plumbing work and leakages have been worry some. The builder or his contractor did such poor work that you had water seepage showing on side walls as well as the apartment below. We had to open the whole place up, Kitchen and both bathrooms to fix it. Most, if not all, residents had to fix the shoddy work. Now we are very happy!
